Young Sod Farms turns 60 years this season!!!
Founded in 1958, we are entering our 60th year in business – time sure does fly by! Furthermore, we are beginning our 60th year in business operating out of a newly designed office and store front! We renovated an existing shop to have our office on one side with grass seed and fertilizer storage on the other. Our old office was placed temporarily on an existing foundation in 1973 after a fire destroyed the original office/shop building. It has certainly served its purpose!
