Seeding
The best time to seed is late summer to the end of September. The cooler fall temperatures with natural rains and dews at night ensure the seed germinates and is strong enough to survive winter. Visit us for lawn seed used for both overseeding and new seeding.

Fertilizer
Our 10-6-4 quick release fertilizer can be applied anytime now until early October. This product will help green the lawn up after the hot summer. This fertilizer can be applied even if overseeding the lawn.
In late fall (November up until freeze up), our 5.5-26-30 fertilizer can be applied. This fertilizer leaves food over the winter for the roots. This fertilizer should be applied on new seeding or new sod as well.

Sod
Sod will be available into December, weather permitting. Cooler fall temperatures make for ideal sod conditions.
